1.ORDERS
- When will my order be dispatched?
Orders are usually dispatched within 3-4 working days.
- Where can I check the status of my order?
In the order confirmation you will receive a link to check the status of your order.

- When do I receive my order?
Once your order is shipped you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Please note that shipping times may be affected during peak periods (e.g. sales, holidays and new releases).
Estimated time delivery:
- Domestic: 1 - 2 working days.
- Europe: 3 - 6 working days.
- Rest of the world: 4 - 10 working days.
- Where do you ship from?
We ship every order from Budapest, Hungary, Europe.
- Can I make any changes to my order?
Unfortunately, once the order is placed we are not able to make any changes to your order.
- Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel on the same day before it has been dispatched.

2. PAYMENTS
- What payment methods do you accept?
Currently we accept payments with VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay and PayPal.
- Is it safe to buy from Mark Molnar Design?
Yes, it is! We are partnered with Stripe, one of the world’s leading payment providers.
- Where can I find my invoice?
Your invoice is included in the order confirmation. If you think your invoice is incorrect, please contact us at info@markmolnardesign.com .
- I received a bill for import charges, do I have to pay it?
For countries outside Europe there may be additional charges added by your local customs. These fees are paid to the local carrier and your own responsibility.
3. SHIPPING AND RETURN
- Do you ship to Russia?
Currently we do not ship to Russia.
- What are the shipping costs?
We offer free shipping on all orders over €200 worldwide.
Domestic Standard €17
International Standard €25
- Can my order be delivered to a PO Box address?
Unfortunately, we do not ship to PO boxes.
- Can I return an item?
Yes, you can. Before initiating a return, please read our full Shipping & Return policy.
4. PRODUCTS & SIZING
- Where do you produce your collections?
All items and collections are ethically produced “in-house” in Hungary, Europe.
- I can’t find my size, what should I do?
We have a very limited stock - meaning we only have one size of each product.
- Can I request a custom made item?

- Is Mark Molnar Design a sustainable brand?
Yes, it is! We are an Up-cycling brand and sustainability is huge part of our brand.
